• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Don't impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Inactive accounts (12+ months) may be archived or deleted

2. Acceptable Use

Don't use SelfPsy to:

• Abuse or harass others
• Hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the system
• Spam, cheat, or abuse gamification features
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content

Violation may result in account termination without appeal.

3. Intellectual Property

All app content (text, graphics, card designs, character archetypes, mechanics, and code) belongs to us or our partners. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content without permission.

Your journal entries remain your property. We won't sell or share them.

4. Paid Features

• Premium features are available as described at purchase
• Refunds only provided where required by law
• You're responsible for subscription management
• Prices in AUD unless stated otherwise

5. Limitation of Liability

SelfPsy is provided "as is." While we strive for reliability, we don't guarantee 24/7 availability or bug-free operation. We're not liable for any losses, damages, or existential crises caused by app use.

6. Legal Framework

• Terms governed by South Australian law
• Disputes handled in Adelaide courts
• Invalid terms don't affect other provisions

7. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated occasionally. Major changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
